TL;DR: Use Chop AI responsibly. Don't misuse AI features. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in your device settings.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chop AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this app.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Chop AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

Post inappropriate or offensive content
Violate any laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the app's functionality
Attempt to hack or breach security

AI-Generated Content

Chop AI uses artificial intelligence to provide recipe suggestions and cooking advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always use your best judgment when following recipes, especially regarding food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Chop Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features including:

Unlimited AI recipe extraction
Personalized cooking feedback
AI-generated recipe images
Hands-free voice assistant
Advanced meal planning

Subscription Terms:

Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
Yearly: $29.99/year, billed annually (best value)

Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly as we cannot process refunds.

Disclaimer

The materials in Chop AI are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitations

In no event shall Chop AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this app.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this app, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms.
